Personal Statement

I believe that healthcare goes beyond the physical health of a patient.  It encompasses the help needed to manage the emotional response to illness, respect of cultural and spiritual beliefs, and consideration of life experiences while maintaining the privacy and confidentiality owed to each patient to improve their overall health.
