Get to know Paige Swanson, PT, DPT
Paige Swanson is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a recent graduate of the sports physical therapy residency program at Texas Children’s Hospital. She completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, and moved to Houston shortly after graduating. She plans to sit for the sports specialty certification in 2024 and loves working with adolescent athletes who are determined to return to play.
Paige is passionate about working with athletes of all ages and loves to incorporate strength and conditioning principles with current research to provide the most evidence-based practice for her patients. She believes that the demands of the athlete’s chosen sport should translate into their rehabilitation so they feel prepared when they return to participating and competing.
In her free time, Paige enjoys staying active with long walks, weight training and playing pick-up soccer.
