Personal Statement
Kimberly King is a bilingual speech-language pathologist, certified neonatal therapist, and certified lactation counselor at Texas Children's Hospital. She is a board-certified specialist in swallowing and swallowing disorders. Her primary clinical focus is pediatric dysphagia, with a passion for supporting families of both breast- and bottle-fed infants in the neonatal intensive care unit. In more than 10 years with Texas Children's, she has provided collaborative care for patients throughout the inpatient setting. Ms. King enjoys teaching and sharing clinical expertise with students, new clinicians and other medical professionals.
