Jennifer Howell

Personal Statement

Jennifer provides parent education within our upWORDS Program and throughout the community on early brain development and the importance of early language development. Jennifer has experience as a first grade teacher, with extensive training in emergent literacy, and navigating the medical and educational models in both professional and personal capacities. She is trained as a LENA Start coordinator, holds a certification from the Alberta Foundation on early brain development and certified as a Triple P coordinator. She is passionate about seeing parents learn and grow with their babies and become confident in their ability to help their child be successful.
