Personal Statement
My philosophy of care starts at desperately wanting patients’ voices to be heard. Within the hospital context, it is easy to feel unheard and overlooked. In my role as a chaplain, I try to close that gap. I value the art of helping others process their emotions and spirituality and how it informs their entire being.
