Chelsi Yates, CCC-SLP

Chelsi Yates is a practicing speech-language pathologist. She has been a speech-language pathologist for 13 years and has worked with two of the top hospitals in Texas, ranked regionally and nationally. She has worked in inpatient outpatient (pediatric and adults) settings. She has treated patients with autism spectrum disorder, aphasia, articulation, auditory processing disorder, (APD/CAPD), cancer, childhood apraxia of speech (CAS), cognitive impairments, developmental delays, feeding therapy, genetic disorders, language disorders, oral function therapy, parent training, phonological process disorder, play-based therapy, research-based therapy, social language programs, stuttering, and voice.

Ms. Yates specializes in feeding, language disorders, articulation disorders and cognitive impairments.

Personal Statement

I am compassionate about serving my community not only at work but beyond. I am a proud member of the Junior League of Houston and have been an active supporter for eight years. I am also a proud mother member of Jack and Jill of America-Humble Kingwood. Both organizations allow me to volunteer and give back to my community. I also enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, hosting events, singing, writing, and discovering the hidden gems of Houston.
