Get to know Ashley Ramclam, PhD, MEd
Dr. Ramclam sees patients at Texas Children’s Pediatrics Palm Center. She specializes in integrated primary care and neurodevelopmental differences. At TCP Palm Center she provides brief evaluation and treatment for young children and adolescents presenting with common behavioral and social-emotional differences such as ADHD, autism and depression. Dr. Ramclam also works with families who need assistance managing common childhood problems such as tantrums, toileting, sleep difficulties and picky eating. She utilizes best practices in the field while making necessary adjustments aligned with patient and family values for individualized care.

Dr. Ramclam is very interested in the integration of science and practice, and enjoys conducting research that is relevant and culturally responsive. She strives to answer questions that promote health equity for typically underserved and marginalized populations.

Research interests
Her research has specifically focused on increasing access to services and promoting well-being for autistic youth of color. She aims to continue working alongside neurodiverse youth and their families to address systemic injustices and decrease mental health stigma.
