Personal Statement
As an Athletic Trainer, I get the privilege of seeing athletes while they are healthy, during their rehabilitation process after they sustain an injury and their eventual return to the sport they love once they have recovered. My philosophy of care is rooted in the importance of patient education and advocacy. As a member of the community outreach team, my goal is to provide our community with health education support, injury prevention/rehabilitation services and access to our comprehensive team of physician’s.
Prior to working at Texas Children’s Hospital, I was the Head Athletic Trainer for 3.5 years at Clear Creek High School in League City. Currently I live in Katy with my husband Seth and our two dogs, CJ and Shiner.
