Wesley Lee, MD

Wesley Lee, MD, Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Dr. Lee serves as the Section Chief of Women's and Fetal Imaging and the Director of Fetal Imaging Research at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX. Dr. Lee earned his medical degree at Oregon Health and Science University School of Medicine in Portland, OR. He completed his residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital- University of Texas Southwestern followed by a fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Lee's clinical and research interests include the prenatal diagnosis of congenital anomalies, fetal growth, 3D/4D ultrasound and fetal magnetic resonance imaging. He is a Co-Editor of a textbook, Principles and Practice of Obstetrics and Gynecologic Sonography, 7^th ed. Fleischer A, Manning F, Jeanty P, Romero R, Toy E, Lee W (editors), McGraw-Hill, New York, 2011. Dr. Lee is committed to a Center of Excellence for Fetal Imaging that is based on outstanding patient care, on-going educational opportunities, and a world-class imaging research program.

Dr. Lee is the recipient of the prestigious Joseph H. Holmes Pioneer Award for his clinical science work awarded by the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine's (AIUM).
