About

Dr. Moonnumakal believes in spending time with each family to listen to their concerns, educate them about their children’s respiratory problems, and then work together to customize a care plan.  He cares for most general pulmonary diseases but has special interest in asthma, cystic fibrosis, and medical education.  He is a native Houstonian that is bilingual and takes great pride in serving the families and children of the area.  Dr. Moonnumakal leads the Pulmonary Medicine section at the Texas Children’s Hospital West Campus location near Katy.  The team emphasizes providing the same quality of care provided by the nationally ranked Pulmonary section in a more convenient setting for patients in the area.
