About

Dr. Cecile Karsenty began her pediatric hematology/oncology fellowship training in 2020. She completed her medical training at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and her Pediatric residency at New York Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital in New York.

Dr. Karsenty's interest in pediatric hematology and oncology began in medical school and as a medical student and resident she had the privilege of working with many patients and their families. As a pediatric resident , she participated in several clinical research projects in benign hematology particularly in sickle cell disease and thrombosis. As a pediatric hematology/oncology fellow Dr. Karsenty will continue to gain experience and expertise in treating patients with hematological diseases.
