Dr. Andrea Marcogliese is interested in pediatric hematologic malignancies and hematologic disorders. She is board certified by the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and in Hematology.

Her clinical interests include: the diagnoisis of hematolymphoid disorders using flow cytometry, pediatric hematopathology, leukemia, and lymphoma.

Research Statement

She is involved in collaborative research in pediatric leukemias and lymphomas, EBV-positive lymphomas, activation of NF-kB in Hodgkin lymphoma, bone marrow failure, pediatric myelofibrosis, and a mouse model of Fanconi anemia with increased epithelial and soft tissue tumors.
