ACL injuries are among the biggest challenges for many young athletes to overcome. Once an injury has occurred, careful monitoring of the individual’s ability to perform non-compensated functional movements is necessary.

Our ACL return-to-sport program integrates functional movement assessments and biomechanical analyses of your movement patterns. The program is based on a progressive assessment of your physical capacities such as range of motion, strength, power and balance. We use state-of-the-art technologies, such as high-speed cameras and force plates, to assess your movement across a wide array of sport-specific tasks.

Services include:

  • Biomechanical readiness assessment for return-to-sport participation following an injury or surgery (ACL reconstruction)
  • Sports-specific task evaluation (running, jumping, lateral movement, etc.)
  • Tests for biomechanical tendencies that may increase risk of re-injury (balance, running symmetry, muscle strength, etc.)
  • Specialized return-to-sport training and rehabilitation planning
