Personal Statement
As a Certified Athletic Trainer, I am deeply committed to not only facilitating injury recovery but also empowering athletes through education on the vital role nutrition plays in injury prevention and overall performance. I believe that optimizing an athlete's health begins long before an injury occurs, and I strive to integrate evidence-based nutritional guidance into every aspect of my care. By helping young athletes understand how proper fueling, hydration, and recovery strategies support tissue repair and resilience, I aim to foster a proactive approach to wellness that enhances both their athletic longevity and quality of life.
