Personal Statement

I have worked with patients across the age span from babies to senior citizens, in a variety of settings from acute care hospitals to outpatient to home health. In my career of over 20 years, I have developed programs for hospitals to treat lymphedema and pediatric weight management clinics, and established therapy protocols for post hip preserving surgery. I have served as the ergonomics liaison for human resources. I have held the position of Course Coordinator for the Hawaii Chapter of APTA. I am currently working on my aquaticist certification and Pediatric Clinical Specialist Certification.
