Autumn McLearen, BSN, RN, CRRN, CPN

Personal Statement

Autumn McLearen is a Rehabilitation Care Coordinator with Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation at Texas Children’s. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse and a Certified Pediatric Nurse who specializes in providing holistic, comprehensive care to children with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and other life-changing events. She treats them and their families as a whole with the goal of making their transition from the hospital to home as seamless as possible, enabling the patient and family to successfully return to everyday life. 

From Ms. McLearen: 

My passion is helping patients and families who are experiencing traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries. I love watching my patients’ long-term progress as they grow and become more independent and confident.
