Dr. Lotze's clinical and research interests include pediatric demyelinating disease (ADEM, Transverse myelitis, clinically osolated syndromes, multiple sclerosis, and leukodystrophies.), neuromuscular disease to include muscular dystrophy, SMA, neuropathies, and myasthenia gravis, and neuroimmunological disorders.
Dr. Lotze is also the Director for the Pediatric Neurology Residency Training Program at Baylor College of Medicine.
