Dr. Pesek's clinical interests include recognition and treatment of children with severe traumatic brain injury and the management of acute respiratory distress syndrome. His role as medical director also gives him the opportunity to improve the quality of care provided in the PICU by collaborating with his partners in nursing, respiratory care, and pharmacy.
