Texas Children’s Pediatrics Kyle Crossing Marks the 20th Location in the Third-Fastest-Growing City in the US 

AUSTIN-(January 18, 2024) – Texas Children’s  is excited to announce a significant milestone in its expansion of services to families in Central Texas with the opening of its newest pediatric clinic, Texas Children’s Pediatrics Kyle Crossing.

Recognizing the need for increased pediatric care in the third-fastest-growing city in the nation according to recent Census data, Texas Children’s Pediatrics is proud to open its newest practice in Kyle, Texas – the 20th location in Central Texas - to provide families with convenient and life-changing care for all children, from birth through 18 years old. Texas Children’s Pediatrics is one of the largest pediatric primary care groups in the nation, backed by the #1 children’s hospital in Texas.

Texas Children’s Pediatrics Kyle Crossing — located at 5120 S. FM 1626 — will be led by an expert clinical care team who are honored to be working in their local community that they also call home. Blair Reed, an Austin-based pediatric nurse practitioner who is currently seeing patients, will be joined in February by Dr. Nicole Laird, a pediatric specialist with over 13 years of experience. Dr. Laird is an Austin native and is excited to return home.

“Having grown up near Austin, I know the area extremely well,” Dr. Laird said. “The opportunity to come back and take care of this community, while also joining an incredible organization like Texas Children’s, was one I couldn’t pass up.
