2021 Annual Report Admin and Finance

Challenges and opportunities – those were the defining words for Texas Children’s Hospital in 2021. Every step of the way, our One Amazing Team rose to the occasion and transformed every challenge into an opportunity.

We had more than 34,000 admissions across all three campuses and recorded nearly 5 million patient encounters. Our dedicated staff, our leadership and our Board of Trustees never wavered in our commitment to the patients and families we serve.

They needed us more than ever before, and we were always there, doing everything we could to ensure their health and safety — because Texas Children’s is a place where tomorrow gets better.
