Teen Support Group
Are you looking for a supportive space where you can learn, grow, and connect with others? Creating Real Unity (CRU) is a free support group for teens ages 13-19 with sickle cell disease. The group meets quarterly for four hours and provides therapy, education, friendship, and fun in a safe and engaging environment!

Painting with a Twist? Cool… but this is the remix.
Join the CRU for a private studio hang where you’ll design your own custom doormat! Whether it’s a vibe for your entire space, a statement for your room, or a little “this is MY space” energy - We’re bringing it to life!
Mats? Covered.
Supplies? Covered.
Music + vibes? Already set.
All that’s missing is YOU.
No pressure. Just good times, real connections, and fun.
Who Can Join?
- 13–19 year-olds with sickle cell disease
- The group is exclusively for patients. Siblings are not permitted!

**Spots are limited to 30 participants and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The form will remain open, and additional submissions will be held in order received if openings become available.**
