Are you looking for a supportive space where you can learn, grow, and connect with others? Creating Real Unity (CRU) is a free support group for teens ages 13-19 with sickle cell disease. The group meets quarterly for four hours and provides therapy, education, friendship, and fun in a safe and engaging environment!

What's Going Down

Sickle Cell Education and Research Day (SCERD) is an annual event hosted by Texas Children's Hospital for families of children with sickle cell disease. This engaging event provides families with an opportunity to learn more about managing sickle cell disease while participating in educational and family-friendly activities.
