About Texas Children's Pediatrics Schedule an Appointment

As the demand for care continues to grow across Texas Children’s Pediatrics locations, we kindly ask that patients and families review their appointment details carefully and notify us as soon as possible if they are unable to attend. We understand that plans can change, and we are always happy to work with you to reschedule at a time that better meets your family’s needs.
When appointments are canceled in advance, we can offer that time to another child who is waiting to be seen, helping families access timely care and potentially avoid an urgent care or emergency room visit.
To help us provide timely access to care for all patients:

• Appointments can be quickly and easily canceled through your child’s MyChart account up to two hours before the scheduled appointment time.
• If it is less than two hours before your appointment, please call your practice directly to notify us of the cancellation.
