Bravo Award Recipients - March 2025

Congratulations to the latest Bravo Award winners! Each quarter, Texas Children's Cancer & Hematology Center recognizes staff who go above and beyond for patients & colleagues. Meet the latest winners below (pictured L-R, top row, bottom row): 

Codi Adams, RN, Main Campus: Codi empowers sickle cell patients and families with knowledge about sickle cell and related treatments. She has is an exceptional team player and always goes the extra mile for patients. 

Caroline Beckham, LMSW, Main Campus: Caroline's initiative with Make-a-Wish has granted many sickle cell patients the gift of a lifetime. She provides education, comfort and resources with a positive attitude. 

Mindi Bradford, RN, Main Campus: Mindi is a key part of our clinic infusion room and procedure teams, always accommodating patients and families with a smile. 

Lindsey Heinzman, MEd, Main Campus: Lindsey closed a service gap by writing a grant proposal for a new camp weekend for families with children diagnosed with brain tumors. 

Cary McAllister, Child Life Specialist, West Campus: Cary prioritizes our patients despite other duties, bringing joy and comfort to children and families.
