Gramatges joins the Advanced Course on Cancer-Related Health Disparities Research, Mentoring and Leadership

Awards

Dr. Monica Gramatges, MD, PHD, at Texas Children’s Hospital has been accepted to join the Advanced Course on Cancer-Related Health Disparities Research, Mentoring and Leadership. The course is funded by the National Cancer Institute and is led by researchers at Indiana University and the University of Utah.  

Attendees will build advanced skills in cancer health disparity research – the study of how social, environmental and other underlying factors affect health outcomes. The course has graduated six cohorts since its inception in 2020.
