Get to know Mary C. Shapiro, MD
Dr. Mary Shapiro is a faculty member at Texas Children's Cancer and Hematology Center. Her clinical time is spent at both the Texas Children's Hospital Main Campus and Texas Children's Hospital West Campus. She is an Academy of Communication in Healthcare certified trainer and has been involved with the Texas Children's Breakthrough Communication Initiative since its inception in 2016.
Dr. Shapiro also has specific interests in leukemia/lymphoma oncologic diagnoses, hemostasis and thrombosis disorders, medical education, and career resilience for faculty and trainees.
