Grecia is a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist fluent in English and Spanish who provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment services in both languages. Grecia primarily works with infants, children and adolescents in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and Transitional Intensive Care Unit (TICU), while also providing coverage in the acute care setting. She has specialized expertise in managing patients with dysphagia, tracheostomies and ventilator dependence, acquired brain injury and airway disorders.
She has experience across pediatric and adult settings, including outpatient, acute care, neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and inpatient rehabilitation. Throughout her career, she has focused on caring for medically complex patients with challenges in feeding, swallowing, communication and cognition.

My goal is to provide evidence-based, family-centered care that empowers caregivers and supports each child’s communication, swallowing and quality-of-life goals. I value building trusting relationships with families by listening to their concerns and collaborating closely with them and the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized plans of care.
