[person:personal_statement]
My goal as a Pediatric Surgical Hospitalist is to support children and families with both clinical excellence and genuine compassion. I value strong communication and multidisciplinary collaboration, because helping children heal truly takes a village. The way I practice medicine has been deeply shaped by my faith, resilience and life experiences, all of which continue to remind me that how we show up for people often matters just as much as the treatment itself.
