[person:personal_statement]
I believe in treating the person in front of me as a whole being—meeting each individual with compassion, curiosity and respect. I take a holistic approach to care, recognizing that physical health is deeply connected to mindset, lifestyle and personal goals. My aim is to make every treatment session purposeful and individualized, adapting care to the unique needs, values and circumstances of each person I work with.
As a former collegiate swimmer with advanced training in strength and conditioning, I bring a performance-minded approach to rehabilitation. I enjoy helping patients reconnect with movement, build confidence in their bodies and embrace their inner athlete—whether their goal is returning to sport, staying active at work or simply moving through life with less pain. I am passionate about education, long-term wellness and empowering others with the tools they need for sustainable, lifelong movement and health.
