Dominique earned her Bachelor of Science at Xavier University of Louisiana and Master of Health Administration at Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. She has over 15 years’ experience in healthcare administrator operations and spent her first several years of her career working at Daughters of Charity Health Centers and St. Margaret’s Daughters Nursing Facility overseeing day to day operations across practices and departments. She then spent many years in leadership at a few different dialysis organizations and managed different modalities/facilities in addition to leading a value-based care delivery program. Dominique also spent time as a Senior Project Manager at Kelsey Seybold Clinics leading cross-functional teams and overseeing strategic system projects adding to her skills and further strengthening her expertise in operational leadership and process improvement.
