Dr. Alayna Bruggman is a Physical Therapist and Sports Clinical Specialist who specializes in the evaluation and treatment of sports and orthopedic injuries in youth athletes. Dr. Bruggman prioritizes use of evidence-based treatment techniques to manage various upper and lower extremity injuries. She believes in creating an individualized treatment plan to assist her patients in reducing pain and preventing injury. She knows the importance of addressing the physical, psychological and emotional aspects of rehabilitation in order to return young athletes to the sports they love. She also collaborates with other sports physical therapists, sports medicine physicians, and athletic trainers to ensure appropriate care across the continuum.

I am deeply committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care to my patients and their families through a holistic approach that includes active listening and engagement. I believe health care is a partnership, and I strive to treat patients and families as individuals, collaborating with them and personalizing their care to help them achieve their goals. I truly enjoy seeing the progress my patients make as they begin to feel better throughout the rehabilitation process and return to the sports they love.
In my spare time I enjoy staying active with resistance training and running, baking, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends.
