Kaitlyn N. McOsker, MD

Dr. McOsker is a native Nevadan who completed both her undergraduate and medical education in her home state before moving to Houston to pursue residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine. During her final year, she served as administrative chief resident. Following residency, she joined The Women’s Specialists of Houston, where she continues to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Dr. McOsker enjoys practicing as a true generalist in obstetrics and gynecology, supporting patients through every stage of life—from puberty to pregnancy to menopause. She is also passionate about medical education and currently serves as volunteer faculty at Baylor College of Medicine.

I provide full-spectrum, evidence-based OB-GYN care while also honoring each patient's autonomy and collaborating to find the best management for their unique needs and values. I feel privileged to support women through some of the most meaningful and challenging moments in their lives.

Outside of work, I am a proud fur mom to two cats, Murray and Naomi. In my free time, you can find me running at Memorial Park, catching a Pilates class with friends, exploring Houston’s incredible food scene, or unwinding with a cheesy romantic novel.
