[person:personal_statement]
What is your Why? My Why is to wake up every day and do my upmost best so that you can present your best self to me and the world. I just so happen to do this in an ICU at Texas Children's Hospital in the Texas Medical Center. I view my job as not just taking care of patients but also taking care of the people who take care of our patients. When those two aspects of my job are accomplished, the best possible outcomes for our complex patients are achieved.
