[person:personal_statement]
I would describe myself as a go-getter who is always eager to learn. Every day, I learn new ways to provide better care for our patients and families, including the modalities of active listening, rapport building, validation, motivation interviewing, limit setting, miracle questioning, self-determination and a solution-focused approach.
My goal is always to empower the people I provide care for or work alongside to be their biggest advocate. Having a multidisciplinary approach with patients helps me as well as the treatment team to better execute our roles and have top quality results for our patients.
