Ilaria has a wealth of nursing experience, having practiced for 13+ years. She has worked as a medical-surgical nurse, a nurse surveyor of home health agencies, a pediatric dialysis nurse, and a certified wound care specialist. Ilaria has been with the Texas Children’s Hospital Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition Section for over 4 years, and has assumed the IBD clinical nurse coordinator position with great passion.
