I worked as a Pediatric Intensive Care and Neonatal Intensive Care nurse for 6 years before obtaining my MSN. During this time, I was as a travel nurse for a couple years and later settled in the Austin area. My MSN was obtained at Michigan State University where I also participated in a medical mission in the Philippines (OCA) specializing in pediatric patients.
