[person:personal_statement]
My clinical practice is centered on noninvasive imaging and inpatient/outpatient cardiology service. I also have a particular interest in syndromic and non-syndromic aortopathy and I see patients in our Cardiovascular Genetics Clinic. My research efforts parallel my clinical interests, where I am currently focusing on the use of cardiac MRI in the evaluation of the myocardium and aorta in aortopahy. My past and current research has included the use of cardiac MRI to assess myocardial strain.
