[person:personal_statement]
I am deeply committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based emergency care to children and their families during some of their most vulnerable moments. Working in a fast-paced pediatric setting, I prioritize clear communication, compassion and trust, ensuring that both patients and caregivers feel heard, informed and supported. I believe that excellent care goes beyond clinical expertise—it requires empathy, teamwork and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
My philosophy centers on treating each child as an individual while partnering closely with families to make thoughtful, informed decisions about care. I value interdisciplinary collaboration and strive to create a reassuring environment where families feel confident in the care their child is receiving.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy staying active and keeping up with my daughter.
