Salma Hooshmand, OTR, MOT, MEd, CHT

Salma has a background in education, and is an occupational therapist with specialty certification in hand therapy. As a Certified Hand Therapist, Salma helps patients with various orthopedic upper extremity conditions achieve their goals. She is experienced in fabricating custom orthoses, treating traumatic and overuse injuries, and facilitating post-operative rehabilitation. Salma believes the most successful therapy requires a team approach, consisting of the referring physician, the therapist, and most importantly: the patient and caregivers.
