As an athletic trainer with experience at the collegiate, high school, and middle school levels I have gained valuable experience and knowledge of the adolescent athlete. I believe communication and education is key to ensuring the safety and health of our adolescent population. Through my work in the orthopedic clinic and in outreach events in the community, I am able to work with and educate active individuals on injury prevention, early recognition, proper management and reconditioning of athletic injuries. As an athletic trainer, I strive to always advocate for the safety and health of our youth, placing the utmost importance on both the mental and physical health of our adolescent population.
