The Colorectal and Pelvic Health Program at Texas Children’s Hospital is a multidisciplinary, comprehensive program caring for children with congenital or acquired conditions of the colon, rectum, and genitourinary tract.

Texas Children's Hospital is the only hospital in the south central and south western part of the country with a program specifically dedicated to the medical care and reconstructive surgery of children with complex urogenital malformations.

Our multidisciplinary team manages disorders of sexual development within an ethical framework and educates parents to assist them in making informed decisions.

Texas Children’s Kidney Stone Clinic provides comprehensive care for children and adolescents with kidney stones. Our multidisciplinary team of specialists evaluates, diagnoses and treats children who have previously had kidney stones, as well as those at risk for developing them.

Robotic surgery using the da Vinci® Surgical System from Intuitive Surgical allows the pediatric robotic surgeons at Texas Children’s to perform minimally invasive reconstructive procedures in children. The 3-D visualization, intuitive computer-enhanced motion control, smaller instruments and increased range of motion allow for delicate surgical procedures in children to be performed with tiny “keyhole” incisions.

The Spina Bifida Program is a multidisciplinary program that includes several specialty services: orthopedics, neurosurgery, developmental pediatrics, physical medicine and rehabilitation, and urology.

Texas Children’s Fetal Center® is one of the nation's leaders in the diagnosis and treatment of abnormalities in unborn and newborn infants. As one of only a few centers in the United States providing the full spectrum of fetal therapies, we attract parents from around the world seeking the ultimate in care for their unborn child.

The Voiding Improvement Clinic specializes in helping children with daytime wetting (enuresis), bedwetting (nocturnal enuresis), urinary urgency and urinary frequency. We also see children with recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs) and constipation.
