The Cardiac Developmental Outcomes Program supports babies and children with congenital heart disease (CHD) who have undergone a significant surgical event during early states of life by providing regular neurodevelopmental assessments and referrals. Our program is committed to enhancing children's lives by focusing on medical, social and developmental health in order to help them reach their maximum potential.
