Chaplains are available in The Medical Center Campus 24 hours a day. Chaplains can be reached by speaking with the patient’s nurse. Nurses can reach a Chaplain through Epic Consults or by paging the On-Call Chaplain (24 hours a day) Dialing 832-824-2099 or ‘0’. Immediate requests should always be made by paging the On-Call Chaplain.
West Campus
West Campus has one Chaplain, who serves there full-time. He can be reached by speaking with the patient’s nurse or by his e-mail: ggclark@texaschildrens.org. Nurses can reach a Chaplain through Epic Consult or by paging the West Campus On-Call pager. Immediate requests should always be made by paging the West Campus On-Call Chaplain.
Woodlands Campus
The Woodlands Campus has one full-time Chaplain who serves there full-time. There also is a PRN Chaplain who is there for a limited number of hours each week. The Chaplains can be reached by speaking with the patient’s nurse or by calling 936-267-5300, selecting Option 5 and leaving a voice mail. Nurses can reach a Chaplain through Epic Consult; by calling 936-267-5300, Option 5, leaving a voice mail; by Voalte 37590; or by paging the Woodlands On-Call Chaplain. Immediate requests should always be made by paging the Woodlands On-Call Chaplain.
