Exceptional care for you and your baby

Texas Children’s has designed a collection of programs and services to ensure you have everything you need when it comes to your and your baby’s care, most in one centralized location. Whether you find yourself suffering from a mood or psychiatric condition during or after pregnancy or your baby needs expert cardiac care — we have a program to meet your needs. Our maternal-fetal medicine doctors, nurses and specialists are the best in their fields and dedicated to providing exceptional care for you and your baby. Below are just a few of the exceptional programs and services we offer.

The Women’s Place is home to our Reproductive Psychiatry Program. It’s one of only a handful of programs in the United States dedicated to the care and treatment of women’s reproductive mental health. We work closely with specialists at Baylor College of Medicine to better understand and improve women’s mental health related to the reproductive cycle.

Our Heart Center provides comprehensive fetal cardiac care through the Fetal Cardiology Program to improve the lives of unborn babies with suspected heart disease, bringing hope and comfort to expecting families. If your baby has a heart condition, our Fetal Cardiology program can help.

Congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) is a hole or opening in a baby’s diaphragm, the muscle that separates the chest from the abdomen. If your baby has or is suspected of having CDH, you’ll want to visit Texas Children’s Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia Program, where your baby will get specialized care in our world-renowned neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).

The Placenta Accreta Spectrum Center at Texas Children’s offers you and your baby a proven resource for the management of placenta accreta, a rare, potentially life-threatening condition.
