Preparing for Admission

Admission to the hospital or one of its outpatient clinics usually will be scheduled by your child's physician. Our inpatient admissions policy requires a child to be registered with an admissions representative. If your child has a clinic visit, please check in at the welcome desk on the appropriate floor in the Clinical Care Tower.

Patients scheduled for inpatient and some outpatient procedures in the West Tower should go to the admissions office, relocated on the 3rd floor.

If your child is scheduled for day surgery, you will report to either the 3rd floor of the West Tower or the 7th floor of the Clinical Care Tower. Ask your doctor where to report when scheduling the appointment.
