Limited on time? Complete an E-Visit.

How it Works

An E-Visit can replace a clinic appointment or certain telehealth visits. You won’t need to wait for an appointment or leave the comfort of your home.

Sign in to your MyChart account, click Menu, under Communication, click E-Visit to complete a symptom questionnaire.

Depending on the steps presented and questions asked about your symptoms, the E-Visit questionnaire can take 10-20 minutes to complete. You may be asked for your insurance details or medication lists. Please be prepared to fill in this information, as you cannot save your progress and finish later.

E-Visits are restricted to current patients of Texas Children’s Pediatrics and should be used for non-urgent medical conditions, as it may take up to 2 business days to receive a response. If you need urgent medical care, please contact your clinic by phone or fine a nearby urgent care center. For medical Emergencies, call 911 immediately.
