Throughout the year, Administrative Fellows will have the opportunity to work closely with the entire Texas Children’s Hospital Leadership Team, and specifically, the executive leaders below:

Executive Vice President Matt Girotto, is an Executive Vice President at Texas Children's Hospital. He has been with Texas Children’s since completing his Administrative Fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital in 2002. During his tenure he has held a variety of leadership roles throughout the organization most recently serving as the Sr. Vice President overseeing ambulatory redesign and the nation’s number one heart center. In his current role he is focused on anesthesiology, pathology, radiology, surgery, the heart center, physical, occupational and speech therapy, food and nutrition services, quality and safety, facilities operations and planning. Matt holds Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Management from Texas A&M University and Master’s degrees in Health Administration and Human Resources from Washington University in St. Louis. In addition, Matt serves on two boards that closely align with the mission and vision of Texas Children’s, LifeGift and Nora’s Home.

Weldon Gage is the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for Texas Children's Hospital. Weldon re-joined Texas Children's in June of 2016. He previously served in financial leadership roles at Texas Children's for six years between 2005 and 2011. Prior to coming back to Texas Children's, Weldon served in the CFO role at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, and CFO at the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. Weldon's healthcare financial management career began in 1997 at the Hendrick Health System in Abilene, Texas.
In addition to leading the organization's financial strategy and overseeing the system's financial management functions, his responsibilities currently include oversight of the system's revenue cycle, legal, risk management, audit, compliance and government relations functions.
Weldon is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Masters of Business Administration degree. He is also a graduate of Hardin-Simmons University with a BBA in Finance.

Dan DiPrisco is an Executive Vice President at Texas Children's Hospital. Dan has been with Texas Children's for 16 years, starting out as an administrative fellow at BCM in 2002, and progressing quickly through the ranks. Dan's role during his tenure has progressed from business and physician support service leadership to hospital operations as Senior Vice President of The Woodlands and the Baylor Operating Unit. Dan was critical in implementing and leading the Texas Children's Hospital/Baylor College of Medicine Operating Unit and opening The Woodlands Campus.
Currently, his primary areas of operational responsibility include the pediatric inpatient and ambulatory services on the TMC Campus, Texas Children's Pavilion for Women, nursing, pharmacy, respiratory and therapy services, as well as continued oversight of the institutional affiliation between Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children's Hospital.
Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from Purdue University and a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Indiana University. Dan is a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional with the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), and also holds memberships with the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), and the Children's Hospital Association (CHA).

Mark Mullarkey is an Executive Vice President at Texas Children's Hospital. His current operational responsibilities include Surgery, Radiology, Pathology, Supply Chain, Anesthesiology, Quality, Medical Staff Services, Facilities, Planning and Development, Facilities Operation, and the Health Plan.
During his 15 year tenure, Mark has led Texas Children's through some of its largest and most complex initiatives. He led "Delivering on the Vision", a project focused on revenue enhancement and cost repositioning across our care delivery system. Most recently, Mark led the CareFirst initiative which was focused on expanding our emergency center, operating rooms and critical care areas at the TMC Campus. A critical component of the CareFirst initiative was the $575 million, 19-story expansion of Legacy Tower, which included new state of the art operating rooms, larger and family-friendly critical care areas as well as our number one ranked Heart Center. Mark has also led the creation of TCPG, and the system-wide implementation of our electronic medical record, Epic.
Mark holds a master's degree in business administration from the Jacob's School of Management, University at Buffalo with certificates in Health Care Administration, Management Skills, and Human Resources.

Tabitha Rice is an accomplished and versatile healthcare executive with vision, passion, and extensive experience in strategic planning, operational excellence, finance, team building, transformational change, risk mitigation, and crisis management.
Tabitha began her career at Texas Children's Hospital as an administrative fellow and currently serves as Executive Vice President in Houston, Texas. Texas Children’s is one of the largest women’s and children’s health systems in the world with over $5B in revenue and 15,000 employees. She oversees nearly $1.5B in annual revenue and $100M in annual research funding, and has responsibility for approximately 2,000 employees at multiple sites throughout the Texas Children’s System. She has served in many leadership roles throughout her twenty-two-year tenure at Texas Children’s including leading over $500M in construction projects and launching a pediatric specialty pharmacy start up. She has served as a board member of the Texas Children’s Health Plan, which currently covers over 500,000 lives and is an active participant on the Quality, Service, and Safety Committee of the Texas Children’s Board.
Tabitha possesses a unique combination of experience in clinical operations, leadership development, strategy, research, facility design, compliance, and finance. She excels at leveraging data and technology to enhance performance. She has also been active in fundraising efforts, including fostering relationships with individual and corporate donors ranging from $1-50 million. She is an engaging and committed leader who greatly enjoys building high performing teams.
Tabitha holds a Bachelors of Arts with Honors from the University of Pennsylvania, a Masters of Business Administration from Rice University, and a Certificate in Public Health Studies from Harvard University, and is certified in Advanced Quality Improvement. She has previously worked in non-profit, for profit, and government agencies, including The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Aisha serves as Chief of Staff to the President & CEO and works closely with him to implement his vision for the strategic, financial and operational priorities for the organization. As Vice President of Corporate Governance, Aisha serves as the key liaison with the Texas Children’s Board of Trustees and also oversees the governance structure and related documents for the Texas Children’s system. Aisha has also held interim responsibilities for marketing and public relations at Texas Children’s.
Aisha holds a B.S. in Accounting, an MBA in Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant.
