As a Neonatal physician, my purpose is to provide parents with up-to-date evidence-based information or in lieu of evidence provide calculated, weighted recommendations that best benefit each child's outcome. As team leader, I orchestrate all consultant recommendations, prioritize patient management and take total responsibility for the patients care.
