Jennifer Reece, BCBA, LBA

Jennifer Reece is a Licensed Behavior Analyst and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with a specialized focus on severe behavior interventions and enhancing functional communication skills. She utilizes the principles of applied behavior analysis to provide crisis behavior stabilization and brief behavioral interventions to children and adolescents admitted for acute behavioral crises or who display behavioral concerns during medical hospitalization.

Jennifer’s treatment approach is deeply rooted in providing individualized, trauma-informed care that increases quality of life for patients and families. She particularly focused on teaching children the power of their language through functional communication and leveraging her client’s motivation to enhance responding across all adaptive skill areas. Her expertise extends to function-based behavioral assessment and intervention, behavioral caregiver training, staff training, natural environment training, early childhood intervention, and verbal behavior assessments and interventions.

In addition to her clinical work, Jennifer has a profound commitment to educating and training caregivers and medical providers. She provides specialized training to those who work with children with neurodevelopmental differences, including autism, ensuring they have the skills necessary to support positive behavioral outcomes.
