About

Dr. Wenly Ruan is an assistant professor within the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition, Department of Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine. She is the Associate Director of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy at Texas Children's Hospital. Her clinical focus is primarily on Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Therapeutic Endoscopy. Dr. Ruan is devoted to the care and management of pediatric patients with a broad range of gastrointestinal disorders including inflammatory bowel disease, polyposis syndromes,  pancreaticobiliary diseases, vascular anomalies, and gastrointestinal bleeds. Her goal is to improve the treatment and management of these patients and to improve upon therapeutic techniques for the management of these complex pediatric patients.
