Dr. Mustafa Tosur’s philosophy of care is to provide state-of-the-art patient care with a compassion and dedication that one would desire for his/her own family while teaching young generations and contributing to advancement of the field.  

Clinical Interests:

His clinical interests are pediatric diabetes, congenital hyperinsulinism and general endocrinology issues including growth, thyroid, puberty, adrenal and calcium problems. 

Research Interests:

His clinical research focuses on pediatric diabetes. He aims to contribute to not only better understanding of how type 1 diabetes develops but also improvement of prediction, prevention and treatment strategies of type 1 diabetes. Additionally, he is interested in clinical research of congenital hyperinsulinism with a goal of refined management and improved patient outcomes.
